该生产线是冷轧金属板开卷纵剪收卷专用设备，正常配置上料小车、开卷、送料、圆盘刀片纵剪机、阻尼预分料、收卷机组、卸料小车、控制系统等单元机器外，在送料的后面可选粗校机构；还可根据客户需 要配置一用一备两台纵剪机组。一台在线工作时，另一台进行更换刀片隔圈、隔套，维护修整，极大提高 生产线的工作效率、增加产量降低成本。

This line is professional equipment for uncoil slitting and recoil of cold metal plate, it not only consists of feeding car, uncoiler, loading, circle disc blade for slitting machine, pre-material damping, recoiler, discharging car, and control system, but can choose optional level mechanism; also can choose complete two slitting machines, when one slitting machine is working, the other one can change blade spacer and sleeve or maintenance and repair, it can improve working efficiency, increase production and decrease cost.
